Questions
When do I get paid?
Every month. On the 3rd you get a statement by email listing your clients and what you've earned, and the payment goes out by the 15th.
How do I get paid?
By Zelle, which we prefer. If Zelle doesn't work for you, we pay by ACH bank transfer instead. There's no fee either way.
What do you need from me before the first payment?
A completed W-9, plus your Zelle details or bank details for ACH. We'll ask for them before your first payment goes out.
When does a client's payment count?
Once it's past the 14-day refund window. Every plan comes with 14 days to try it, so a payment lands on the first statement after its 14 days are up. If the client cancels inside those 14 days and gets their money back, there's no commission on it.
How long do I earn on a client?
12 months from their first payment. On the monthly plan that's up to 12 payments of $6.90. On the annual plan it's one payment, so $69. Payments after the first 12 months don't earn a commission.
What happens if a client cancels?
You keep everything you've already earned. Commission stops when their payments stop.
Which sign-ups count?
New TRCH Analytics customers who sign up through your link or type your code at sign-up. Businesses that already have a TRCH dashboard don't count.
Can I sign up my own business?
Yes. Sign up your own website with your code and it counts like any other client.
What if someone clicks two partners' links?
The last one counts. Your link remembers a visitor for 90 days, and if they click another partner's link after yours, theirs takes over. A code typed at sign-up counts as the last click.
Do the merchants I refer get a discount?
No. They pay the same $69 a month or $690 a year as everyone else, and your commission comes out of TRCH's share.
Can I see who has signed up?
Yes. Your statement on the 3rd lists every client you've referred, what plan they're on, whether they're still live, and when your commission on them ends.
Can my agency join?
Right now the program is for individuals. If you run an agency with several clients, apply anyway and tell us about it.
