Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Torch Group, LLC ("TRCH", "we", "us") collects for TRCH Analytics, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers trchanalytics.com, analytics.trch.com, and the dashboard and emails that come with a plan.

What we collect about you

Account details: your name, email address, the name and address of your website, and your password (stored in a form we can't read).

Billing details: your plan, payment history and billing address. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and held by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

What you tell us: the emails you send support, and what you share on your setup call.

How you use our sites: when you visit our pages, Google Analytics records things like pages viewed, the device and browser used, and roughly where you are, using cookies. Signing in uses a cookie to keep you signed in.

Data from the services you connect

To build your dashboard, we read data from the services you connect: Google Analytics, Search Console and, if you use them, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Clarity and form tools. Most of it is about your website as a whole, such as visits, searches, pages and ad spend. Form tools can also contain personal information about people who filled in your forms, such as names and email addresses.

We use this data only to show your dashboard, write your monthly summary and support you. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with other customers. For personal information about your own customers, we act on your instructions as your service provider, and you decide what's collected.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. People at TRCH look at your data only to set up and support your dashboard, or where the law requires it.

Why we use it

To run your account and your dashboard, take payment, send the emails that come with a plan (your set-password email, the monthly summary, billing notices, and replies from support), keep the service secure, and improve it. We rely on our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, and, where the law requires it, your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run TRCH Analytics, each for its own part of the job: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (our database, in the United States), Stripe (payments), Resend (sending email), Google (Google Analytics on our own pages, and the Google APIs we read your data from), and Anthropic (writing the monthly summary from your dashboard's numbers). They may only use it to provide their service to us.

We'll also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

While your plan is active, we keep what your dashboard needs. When your plan ends, we delete your website's data and your account no later than 90 days after that; it then leaves our backups on their normal cycle. Billing and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.

How we protect it

Data travels encrypted. The passwords and keys you give us for connected tools are encrypted before they're stored. Your dashboard is separated from every other customer's, and only the people you ask us to add can sign in to it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing support@trch.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights too, such as objecting to some uses; we'll honor them as the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

You can remove our access to any connected service at any time from inside that service. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, although signing in needs its cookie.

Children

TRCH Analytics is a service for businesses and isn't meant for children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes, and contact

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect and update the date above.

Questions or requests: email support@trch.com.
