1. What TRCH Analytics is

TRCH Analytics is a dashboard that shows, in plain English, how one website is performing. It reads data from services you already use, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and, if you use them, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Clarity and form tools such as HubSpot, Gravity Forms or Formspree. It includes a setup call, email support, and a monthly summary email.

Each plan covers one website. A second website is a second plan.

2. Your account

You'll sign in with an email address and a password you set. Keep your password private and tell us at support@trch.com if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your login.

You can ask us to give other people at your business their own login to your dashboard. They're covered by these terms too.

3. Your data and the access you give us

To build your dashboard, you give our Google account (analytics@trch.com) view-only access to your Google Analytics and Search Console, and you connect any other tools you want included. View-only access lets us read your data. It doesn't let us change your accounts or your website. You can remove our access at any time from inside each service.

Some requests need more than view-only access. If you ask us to set up key events, custom dimensions or other settings inside Google Analytics, we'll need Editor access to that property for the work. We'll only change what you ask us to, and you can switch us back to view-only afterwards.

Your data stays yours. You let us copy it into our systems, store it and process it only to run your dashboard, send your monthly summary, and support you. We don't sell it, share it with other customers, or use it to advertise.

Some tools you connect may hold personal information about other people, such as the names and email addresses in your form submissions. You're responsible for having the right to share that information with us, and for telling the people concerned how you use services like ours. For that information, we act on your instructions as your service provider.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Plans are $69 a month or $690 a year, per website, plus any sales tax that applies. There's no setup fee and no free trial. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you sign up and then automatically at the start of each month or year, until you cancel.

If we change our prices, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change reaches your plan. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

5. Cancelling, and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard or by emailing support@trch.com.

Within 14 days of your first payment, on either plan: if you cancel, we end the plan straight away and refund that first payment in full. Refunds should reach your card within 10 business days.

Monthly plans, after those 14 days: when you cancel, your dashboard stays open until the end of the month you've already paid for, and the plan doesn't renew. Monthly payments aren't refunded.

Annual plans, after those 14 days: there's no refund, including at a yearly renewal, and when you cancel your dashboard stays open until the end of the year you've paid for.

6. If a payment fails

If a renewal payment doesn't go through, we'll let you know and Stripe will try again. Your dashboard stays open for 7 days from the first failed payment. After that it's locked until the payment goes through, and nothing in it is lost while it's locked. You can update your card from the Billing page at any time.

7. After your plan ends

When your plan ends, your dashboard closes. We delete the data we hold for your website no later than 90 days after that. If you sign up again within those 90 days, with the same email address and website, your dashboard picks up where it left off.

Removing our access in Google or your other tools stops new data reaching your dashboard. It doesn't cancel your plan; cancel it as described above.

8. Setup and support

Every plan includes a setup call, where we connect your accounts and set up the goals that matter to you. If you don't have Google Analytics or Search Console yet, we'll set them up with you on that call at no extra cost.

9. What the numbers are, and aren't

Your dashboard shows data reported by Google and the other services you connect, as they report it. Those services sometimes revise, delay or sample their figures, and different tools count the same visit in different ways, so the numbers may not match another report exactly.

The dashboard, its notes and the monthly summary are information to help you understand your website. They aren't legal, financial or other professional advice, and they don't promise any particular result. The monthly summary is written automatically and says so; it can occasionally get something wrong, and your dashboard is the record.

10. Using the service fairly

Don't use TRCH Analytics to break the law, to access data you aren't entitled to, to try to get into other customers' dashboards or our systems, or to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service. Don't share a login with people outside your business. We can suspend an account that does any of these.

11. Who owns what

You own your data. We own TRCH Analytics: the software, the design and everything we built, and these terms don't transfer any of it to you. If you send us suggestions, we can use them without owing you anything.

12. Changes to the service

We improve TRCH Analytics over time and may change, add or remove features. If we remove something central to what you pay for, we'll tell you in advance, and if you'd rather not continue you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part of an annual plan.

We work to keep the dashboard available, but we can't promise it will never be down, and the services we read from can be unavailable too.

13. Limits on our responsibility

TRCH Analytics is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we don't make any other promises about it, including that it will meet a particular need.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, and our total responsibility for any claim relating to TRCH Analytics is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because you gave us data you weren't entitled to share, or because you broke these terms.

14. Ending the agreement

You can end this agreement by cancelling your plan. We can end it, or suspend your account, if you break these terms or don't pay, and we can also end it for any reason with 30 days' notice, in which case we'll refund the unused part of an annual plan. Sections 3, 9, 11, 13 and 15 continue after the agreement ends.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we both agree to their jurisdiction. Before going to court, we'll both try to sort it out by talking first; email support@trch.com.

16. Changes to these terms, and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use TRCH Analytics after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can cancel.
